Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Divine Heart, LLC is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team!
We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated individuals who are ready to start as soon as possible. If you’re passionate about helping others and want a career where you can make a meaningful difference every day, we want to hear from you!
❤ What You’ll Do
- Provide support to individuals with developmental and behavioral disabilities in a safe, home-like environment
- Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, grooming, meals, and medication reminders
- Encourage independence, community involvement, and recreational activities
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
- Safely transport members when needed using agency vehicles
✅ Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have or be willing to obtain:
- CPR & First Aid Certification — required prior to starting
- Article 9 Certification
- Prevention & Support Certification
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card — required prior to starting
- Valid driver’s license required
