Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Load raw materials and monitor equipment during production
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Package finished materials for shipment
- Stack, label, and prepare products for storage or delivery
- Keep accurate production records as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
