What You’ll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children affected by autism and other developmental disabilities while being supervised and supported by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You’ll help children:
- Improve communication skills
- Build social connections
- Develop independence
- Learn emotional regulation
- Reduce challenging behaviors
- Gain confidence in everyday life

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we can help!)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and reliability
