Accurate Motorwerks has been proudly serving the Vancouver, WA community since 2012. We’re a family-owned shop with a reputation for honesty, integrity, and dealership-level Euro expertise—without the dealership games.
Our owner, Michael Gallagher, started his career turning wrenches at BMW and has nearly 30 years in the industry. That means leadership here actually understands what it takes to diagnose, program, and repair today’s European vehicles—and knows how to back his team, not bury them.
We’ve built a steady business by treating people right—customers and employees alike. From BMWs and Mercedes to Land Rovers and the occasional domestic, we’re the trusted alternative in town, and our car count proves it.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a professional European auto repair facility
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability (BMW experience highly preferred)
- Able to program and repair bumper to bumper with confidence
- Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented—someone who takes pride in their craft
- A team player who supports co-workers instead of competing against them
- Owns tools and has a valid driver’s license
- Drama-free, responsible, and ready to step into a shop that values professionalism
