Duties
- Engage customers with friendly, professional phone etiquette to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits to enhance customer understanding and interest.
- Assist customers with retail transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and checkout procedures.
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves efficiently, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting.
- Conduct stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in electronics where customer interaction is key.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions and accurate record keeping.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
