KYU is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Bussers/Runners to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the front-of-house operations by ensuring that tables are promptly cleared and set for new guests, and by delivering food and beverages efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware.

Set up tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware for new guests.

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.

Refill water glasses and assist with any special requests from guests.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations.

Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory of dining essentials.

Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Handle any guest requests or issues promptly and professionally.

Support the team during busy periods by helping with additional tasks as needed.

Ensure that all health and safety standards are followed.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is beneficial.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including trays and food.
