The Role
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers – contractors, distributors, architects, and engineers. You'll respond to quote requests, answer product questions, and help move opportunities from first inquiry to closed sale. This is a relationship-driven role: you'll build a book of accounts over time and grow into a trusted resource for the customers you serve. We'll teach you the products, the industry, and our systems; you bring the work ethic and the willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries by phone and email, providing quotes, lead times, and product recommendations
- Enter and manage orders and estimates accurately in our ERP system (NetSuite)
- Follow up on open quotes and proactively re-engage past customers
- Learn our product lines well enough to guide customers to the right solution
- Coordinate with customer service, purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams to keep orders on track
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with a growing set of accounts
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience and familiarity with construction and building materials preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and over the phone
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple requests at once
- A genuine interest in sales and building long-term customer relationships

This is an in-person position that will report 5 days/week to our company HQ in Roseland, NJ.
