A Day in the Role
Most days start at 6:45 AM at the Denair shop. You'll run a quick huddle with the job leaders and installers, plan the day, then head out. Depending on the day, you might work alongside a crew to support them, especially on a demanding project or a newer coating system from our expanding product line, to make sure it goes as planned.

- Work hands-on in the field, stepping in on demanding jobs or newer systems that need a steady hand
- Manage equipment maintenance and inventory

- When a job misses, dig into why: research it, talk it through with the crew, and build a better plan for next time
- Partner with our commercial sales rep on bids and product selection for commercial concrete projects
- Help research and expand our coatings products and services
- Hold a high quality standard and keep every job site clean, organized, and safe
Who We're Looking For
- Assertive and able to take charge, while still listening to the crew's feedback
- Thinks and plans ahead, and works well under pressure
