Job Summary
Dualtron USA and Evolve USA are hiring a full-time Electric Skateboard Technician for our Denver-area location in Wheat Ridge. This role is primarily focused on servicing Evolve electric skateboards, with some crossover support for Dualtron high-performance electric scooters.
We’re looking for someone electrically/mechanically sharp, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hands-on with premium personal electric vehicles. You do not need to know every product on day one, but you should be comfortable using tools, troubleshooting issues, and learning quickly.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electric skateboards
- Perform inspections, tune-ups, warranty repairs, and general service work
- Quality check and prepare new boards for customers
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Work with batteries, motors, controllers, remotes, wheels, belts, gears, trucks, enclosures, and related components
- Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, soldering equipment, and diagnostic tools
- Communicate with customers when needed about repairs, service issues, and product questions
- Help keep the service area organized, clean, and efficient
- Assist with shop and warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical repair experience or strong mechanical ability
- Basic electrical knowledge or willingness to learn
- Comfort with hand tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Interest in electric skateboards, scooters, e-bikes, motorcycles, bikes,
- Able to lift and move boards, scooters, boxes, and parts as needed
Experience that helps:
- Electric skateboard, scooter, e-bike, bicycle repair experience
- Experience with lithium battery-powered products
- Experience using a multimeter or soldering equipment
- Riding experience with skateboards, snowboards, scooters, bikes, or similar products
This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday. We are more interested in finding someone reliable, capable, and willing to learn.
