We are currently looking for a full-time receptionist for our Mankato, MN location.
Responsibilities:
- Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude to our customer.
- Greet walk-in customers with a smile within 20 seconds upon arrival, anywhere in our dealership.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and politely.
- Cashier: Receive all incoming funds, attach checks to invoices, record petty cash voucher payouts, validate credit card transactions.
- Assist in typing all necessary correspondences, quotes and other typing as needed for the general manager, sales representative or other personnel.
- Make copies as needed for truck files and other projects.
- Coordinate A/R statements and stuffers for mail each Friday.
- Bundle and apply postage to outgoing mail on a weekly basis.
- Balance cash box daily. Keep cash box locked at all times.
- File and maintain invoices for the Parts and Service departments.
Qualifications:
- Must be capable of answering multiple line telephone system with a minimum of 12 lines.
- Should be capable of occasionally lifting up to 45lbs.
- Must be 10-key by touch.
- Must have typing skills of 45 WPM and/or equivalent data processing experience.
- Dress code per employee handbook.
- Must be able to operate office equipment.
