Job description:
Furrst Class Cars is seeking highly motivated, skilled and goal oriented Automotive Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team!
Must have the ability to successfully follow up with leads, facilitate a sale, deliver a car, “do the right thing” and work as a team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales profession is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation
- Ability to upsell additional products or services to customers
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus for communicating with Spanish-speaking customers
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
- Proficient in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and prospecting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
