Salary range: $79,511 - $110,834 annually
Eligible for an annual incentive bonus

What You Will Do:
- Resilience Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans to safeguard Ascension and its affiliates against operational disruptions.

Risk Mitigation: Conduct strategic risk assessments and contingency planning to minimize downtime and protect critical business functions.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recovery strategies meet industry regulatory requirements and organizational standards during and after a crisis.

Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with corporate entities and facilities to communicate resilience strategies and maintain seamless operational continuity.
What You Will Need:
Education:
-
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree highly desired, master’s degree in relevant field preferred.

Certified Business Continuity Professional or relative certification or obtains within one year of employment.

Experience in business continuity and/or emergency preparedness, response, and recovery, preferably in health care or hospital operations
-
Also preferred – IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800 training
