Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Experience Team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to luxury, reliability, and quality. You will handle customer inquiries, support the sales team, and manage post-purchase service needs with a high level of professional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and custom order tracking.
- Document service issues accurately and manage the resolution process through to completion.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
