JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing & Executive Assistant supports marketing, communication, content, automation, and organizational initiatives across multiple brands and projects. This position works directly with ownership to help execute marketing campaigns, manage communication systems, coordinate logistics, and improve operational efficiency through technology and AI tools.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, proactive, and exceptional on the computer. They are a fast learner with strong communication skills and a get-it-done mindset. This person should be comfortable adapting quickly, solving problems independently, and operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with social media management, content organization, posting, and scheduling
- Monitor and interpret social media insights and analytics
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, SMS campaigns, and promotional sends
- Build and manage automations using platforms such as ManyChat, Zapier, CRM workflows, and AI tools
- Assist with website builds, landing pages, funnels, hosting setup, and digital assets
- Coordinate communication with leads, customers, sponsors, and partners
- Assist with appointment setting, follow-up communication, and sales support
- Coordinate travel logistics, schedules, event planning, badges, and project organization
- Assist with content launches, promotions, campaigns, and operational initiatives
- Use AI platforms and technology tools daily to improve efficiency and execution
- Help organize systems, processes, and internal communication across projects
OUTCOMES OF POSITION
- Marketing campaigns, launches, and communication systems are executed accurately and on time
- Social media, email, and automation systems remain organized and functional
- Ownership is able to operate more efficiently because projects, schedules, communication, and logistics are properly coordinated
- Leads, sponsors, customers, and partners receive responsive and professional communication
- AI tools and automations are effectively utilized to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Projects and operational initiatives move forward quickly and efficiently with strong follow-through
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma required; further education or relevant certifications a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Previous professional work experience is required
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, communication, event coordination, sales support, customer service, or administrative operations is required
- Strong computer and technology skills are required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Experience with AI tools, automations, CRM systems, or digital marketing platforms is highly preferred
- Experience with platforms such as ManyChat, Zapier, Canva, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, or similar software is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technology
- Highly organized, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

In addition to signs we have led the industry in window film installations since our inception in 2000, working for big box stores and small businesses alike. Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
