Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily operations and driving campaign success:
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns
- Engage directly with customers to present products and services
- Support sales initiatives through follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Track campaign performance and maintain accurate internal records
- Help coordinate promotional events and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work on-site in Bismarck
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, proactive mindset with a desire to learn
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a team-focused, fast-paced environment
- Background in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus—but not required
