The Role: Perform a variety of clerical duties pertaining to the maintenance of agency software system, and processing of various insurance documents. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and offer solutions to customer changes and/or questions.
Submit endorsement changes &/or cancellations per customer requests and document agency software, as required.
Achieve individual goals on quality, time, and client satisfaction, which may include processing payments, taking claims information, following through with client requests and properly documenting all information.
Scan incoming mail and attach or distribute.
Check agency email and respond or distribute.
Support Agent Account Representatives.
Research, learn, and accurately understand policy coverage, underwriting guidelines, and eligibility provisions for each company.
Create and assign new and existing customer files for new products or changes to existing coverage.
Other projects and duties, as assigned.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Must hold and maintain a Personal Lines License or General Lines Property and Casualty License.

Possess at least 1 Year of Agency experience.
Position Type and Expected Hours
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime may be required on occasion.
