| Qualifications and Education Requirements |
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Must be available at least 2-3 days a week (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
- In-Person Internship (Near Times Square)
- Preferred Fashion-Related Majors: International Trade, Fashion Merchandising, or Fashion Management/Business
- Accept CPT and OPT for school credits
- The opportunity to be promoted to a full-time position and sponsor an H1-B visa
| What You'll Do |
- Work with the founder and managers to ideate and execute designers' ideas
- Assist with the process of sourcing, following up, and bringing onboard new brands
- Enter & translate purchase orders, packing lists in Chinese and English, and track international shipments
- Arrange orders and allocate products for clients
- Create social media posts, run monthly advertisements, research potential high-end designers
- Day-to-day routine, run errands, and organize the fabric library
| Who We’re Looking For |
- Interest in fashion, style aesthetic & willingness to learn
- Excellent writing and communication skills to collaborate with managers and clients
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or Canva
- Must be detail-oriented, team player, and good-spirited
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
