Customer Care & Scheduling Coordinator — Flexible Part-Time / Seasonal Full-Time

Halo Pest Control and Griswald Lights are hiring a Customer Care & Scheduling Coordinator.
This role is part-time most of the year, with full-time hours during our busy holiday lighting season. For the right person, this could grow into a full-time year-round position as the businesses continue to grow.
We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and good with people. This person will help answer calls and texts, schedule customers, follow up with leads, and keep the office side of both businesses moving.
This is a great fit for someone who wants steady part-time work most of the year, is available to work more during the fall and holiday season, and is open to growing into a bigger role over time.
What you’ll do:
- Answer customer calls and texts
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Follow up with leads and current customers
- Keep customer notes updated
- Help organize routes, estimates, installs, and service appointments
- Communicate with technicians and ownership
- Help with invoices, payments, reviews, and basic office tasks
- Help resolve customer needs and questions
- Make sure customers don’t fall through the cracks

- Able to stay calm and helpful when customers are frustrated
- Willing to learn our systems
Customer service, scheduling, dispatching, office admin, front desk, or home service experience is helpful, but not required if you’re sharp and dependable.

We’re two local home service companies looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, helping customers, and keeping things organized.
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
