Job Responsibilities:
- Observe residents' health status, take actions to address concerns with scope of practice, record changes, and notify Resident Services Director.
- Lift/transfer residents as needed
- Maintain residents records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures (includes documentation, med distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations, charting any changes in physical conditions or behavior).
- Schedule Personal Care Assistants and develop daily tasks and assignments.
- Evaluate resident care needs and determine the required level of care.
- Maintain all health equipment for safety and proper function.
- Developing daily tasks and making assignments
- Backup MedTech and caregiving.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Must have a valid CNA in good standing
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must have a team-player mindset with attention to details
- Timely and organized
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
