About Pickleball Haven
Pickleball Haven is Orange County's premier indoor pickleball club, featuring 14 climate-controlled courts, all-day open play, leagues, tournaments, lessons, social events, and one of the most active pickleball communities in Southern California.

Position Overview
As a Haven Team Member, you are one of the primary ambassadors of the Pickleball Haven experience.
This role combines hospitality, operations, event support, and community engagement. Whether you're checking in players, helping run events, supporting members, or maintaining the facility, your goal is to create a welcoming, organized, and energetic environment that reflects the Haven culture.

Responsibilities
Member & Guest Experience
- Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Assist with check-in, reservations, memberships, and general questions
- Help new players navigate the facility and understand Haven programs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
Facility Operations
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility appearance
- Restock supplies and monitor facility readiness throughout shifts
- Ensure club policies and procedures are followed
Event & Program Support
- Assist with leagues, tournaments, ladders, round robins, clinics, and special events
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Help create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere during club activities
Administrative Support
- Answer phones, emails, and member inquiries
- Utilize CourtReserve and other internal systems
- Escalate member concerns and operational issues to management when appropriate
Community Building
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for players of all skill levels
- Build relationships with members and help strengthen the Haven community
- Represent the Haven brand with positivity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Qualifications Required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
Preferred
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or sports facility experience
- Familiarity with pickleball
- Experience working events or community-based programs
No pickleball experience is required. We can teach the game; we can't teach enthusiasm and great energy.
