Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations
Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals
Provide home, community, and group-based Early Intervention services
Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development
Occupational Therapy degree and current licensure
Ability to meet Early Intervention Operational Standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
Knowledge of family-centered and coaching-based practices
Home or community-based service experience
Bilingual or multilingual skills
This position is community-based and requires travel to homes and community settings. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of environments and utilizing technology for documentation and communication.
