Overview
My wife and I run a thriving, loving in-home daycare dedicated to nurturing young minds through intentional, play-based learning. Our curriculum integrates Waldorf and Reggio Emilia philosophies, focusing on natural rhythm, child-led exploration, and a beautiful, engaging environment. As we prepare to expand our daycare family, we are looking for a dedicated assistant to grow alongside us!
The Role
REQUIRED HOURS: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 am - 1 pm
We are seeking a warm, attentive, and proactive assistant to help care for our youngest age group (6 to 18 months). This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves the magic of early infancy and toddlerhood and wants hands-on experience in a holistic childcare setting.
We presently have four children per day and like to keep our teacher to student ratio low. You will be working alongside a lead teacher at all times and will not be supervising your own classroom.
