Responsibilities:
- Provide agronomic advice to farmers and agribusinesses.
- Meet company objectives by promoting seed, fertilizer, and chemical products.
- Build trust and long-term client relationships through developing nutrient management plans and providing technical support to optimize crop yields.
- Schedule regular farm visits.
- Work together with purchasing department for fertilizer and chemical forecasting.
- Stay updated on new products, technology, and industry trends.
- Mainstream new products and technology to customers.
- Monitor crop conditions and industry trends.
- Work together with farmers and manufacturers to conduct field trials.
- Be knowledgeable of fertilizer with an ability to compute and convert.
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in an agricultural related program such as Agronomy, Agriculture Business, Agricultural Engineering or related fields.
- Willing to obtain DPR License PCA, QAL, ASA-CCA.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
- Proficient computer skills such as Outlook Email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel.
- Shows strong verbal, communication, written, and mathematical skills.
- Conscientious and self-motivated; ability to work without direct supervision.
- Must be reliable and a team player.
- Must be able to adhere to company policies.
- Available to work extended hours; with occasional travel.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
