Entry Level Needed CDL Class A Truck Driver
We're currently looking for CDL-A drivers of all experience levels to fill regional positions out of Buckeye, AZ. The lane covers more than just Arizona - drivers will regularly cross into neighboring states as part of the standard workweek. What You'll Earn
Drivers bring in between $1,200 and $1,700 each week, landing in your account on the same day without fail. Over the course of a year, that puts you in the $62,400 - $88,400 range. Here's a closer look at what's included:
- Starting CPM of $0.56 - $0.70, climbing $0.01 each year automatically
- Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM earned through safe, consistent driving
- Extra pay on top of your base rate for stops, detention, and layovers
- $300 sign-on bonus once you're part of the team
Home Time
You'll be home on weekends, and on weeks where that's not possible, a solid block of home time is built in every two weeks. Your itinerary is set before you leave the yard - no surprises mid-week.

- Routes go beyond Arizona and into surrounding states, keeping things varied without losing that regional feel
- You get a dedicated truck assigned to you - a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission
- Every truck in the fleet is 2022 or newer, so the equipment is always current and well-maintained
- Your trailer is loaded and waiting when you show up - dry van, sealed freight, no time wasted at the dock
- Someone from dispatch is reachable around the clock, any day of the week

What You'll Need
- Active CDL Class A license
- 21 years of age or older
- 120+ hours of certified trucking school completed
- Clean MVR with no major violations
- Must clear a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Have not been in SAP
