Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree or seven years of directly related experience, or a master’s degree and five years of directly related experience.

Type of degree: Learning Technology, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business or a related field
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- . Learning Management System administrator or platform-specific certification
- Project Management Professional or comparable project management certification
- ATD, SHRM, HRCI, instructional design, learning analytics, or learning technology certification
- Lean, process improvement, or change management certification
Experience
- Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience
- Prior job title or occupational experience: HR or relevant Organizational Development function, with people management experience and demonstrated training/certification/knowledge of organizational development, adult learning, instructional design.
- Prior specific functional responsibilities: prior learning management administration and learning program oversight
- Preferred experience: Experience in healthcare setting preferred
- Other experience requirements: Demonstrated experience administering, configuring, supporting, or overseeing an enterprise Learning Management System. Experience managing complex course structures, curricula, assignments, audiences, security roles, learning records, completion data, reporting, and system governance. Experience diagnosing system issues, identifying root causes, coordinating technical resolution, and communicating clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Experience supporting large-scale learning programs, regulatory education, onboarding, leadership development, workforce development, or enterprise learning initiatives.
