About ATHL
ATHL (pronounced “Athlete”) is a recovery-first facility built exclusively for youth athletes under 18. Professional and collegiate athletes have dedicated recovery rooms, licensed clinical staff, and structured care built into their daily routine. Youth athletes train just as hard and have none of it. ATHL closes that gap by bringing the recovery standard of professional and collegiate athletics to young athletes in a single membership-based facility.
Our clinical team of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Recovery Technicians works together under one roof, delivering structured recovery, restorative movement, and clinical oversight across dedicated zones. Every session is built around helping young athletes recover the right way so they can stay healthy, keep developing, and love their sport for the long term. ATHL is the flagship brand of TELOS ATHL, Inc.
Position Overview
The Physical Therapist is the senior clinical lead of the ATHL floor. This role is responsible for athlete intake evaluations, individualized recovery and movement care plans, and the clinical supervision of Athletic Trainers and Recovery Technicians. The PT sets the clinical standard for how every athlete in the facility recovers: assessing movement quality at intake, prescribing structured recovery and restorative movement programming, and adjusting each athlete's plan as they progress. This is an active, floor-based leadership role in a multi-athlete session environment, modeled on the standard of care a collegiate or professional training room provides its athletes.
