Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to menu plans and dietary requirements.
- Ensure food is prepared safely and in compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
- Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with dietary staff to provide excellent service to residents.
- Follow all facility policies and procedures regarding food safety and resident care.
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or food service experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
