AMS Restoration Inc. is seeking an experienced Restoration Administrator / TPA Coordinator who understands the fast-paced world of insurance restoration. We are looking for a highly organized professional with experience working with TPA programs, insurance carriers, mitigation, reconstruction, and restoration operations.

Responsibilities
Manage TPA assignments from intake through completion.
Process new losses and communicate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and homeowners.
Schedule inspections, mitigation crews, and reconstruction activities.
Monitor job progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Upload photos, drying logs, estimates, invoices, and required documentation to TPA portals.
Track approvals, supplements, change orders, and payment status.
Coordinate with project managers, estimators, technicians, and office staff.
Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the claim process.
Assist with accounts receivable, billing, and collections when needed.
Keep all job files organized and audit-ready.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of insurance restoration administrative experience (required).
Previous experience working with TPA programs such as Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Sedgwick, Contractor Assist, Next Gear, Encircle, DASH, or similar.
Working knowledge of mitigation, water, fire, mold, and reconstruction processes.
Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, JobNimbus, Encircle, MICA, DASH, Symbility, or similar restoration software.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
