Warehouse Picker/Packer (Multiple positions)Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our distribution team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced setting, and is committed to meeting productivity and quality standards.
Available Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM — $17.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM — $18.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements.
- Replenish inventory in picking locations as needed.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming merchandise.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when required.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Work Environment
