Seeking a dedicated OP Physical Therapist to join our hospital-based rehabilitation team. The physical therapist will accurately assess, differentially diagnosis, and identify deficits in a patient’s ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. They develop an individualized treatment plan with patient-centered goals to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability and work with the individual to prevent the loss of mobility.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Communicates with the patient, family, caregivers, significant others, and members of the health care team to promote maximum benefit of care utilizing AIDET.
Assesses educational needs of the patient, family, caregiver, or significant other and provides education to meet those needs.
Participates in professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, including in-service meetings, workshops, and by reading current literature concerning scope of practice.

Required:
Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy.
Current state Board of Physical Therapy licensure.
BLS certification.
Preferred:
One year of physical therapist experience.
Lead Preferred:
Three years recent clinical expertise in area of concentration.
