Your Role
As a Design Consultant, you will:
- Meet with homeowners throughout the Greater Hampton Roads area of Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina
- Conduct professional in-home consultations for replacement windows and doors
- Understand each homeowner's needs and design customized solutions
- Utilize our proven sales process and technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Represent a trusted local company known for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
- Build lasting customer relationships while consistently achieving sales goals
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results driven
- Comfortable working in a commission based compensation structure
- Available for evening and occasional weekend appointments
- Home improvement or in home sales experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
