Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Moving Crew Leader to run local and regional moving jobs. You will drive our trucks, lead a 2-to-4-person crew, and act as the main point of contact for our customers on-site. Our dispatch yard is located right in Concord, MA, making it a highly accessible morning drive for commuters coming from the Waltham, Marlborough, and Woburn areas.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive 16ft to 26ft box trucks safely to and from job sites.
- Wrap, pack, load, and unload household goods and office furniture.
- Lead, motivate, and train your crew members on proper moving techniques.
- Walk through job sites with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Safely manage moving equipment, paperwork, and digital payments. [3]

- Moving Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional, hands-on experience working for a licensed moving company (required).
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years—no major violations or DUIs (required).
- DOT Medical Card: Must possess, or be able to pass a physical exam to obtain, a valid DOT Medical Card to operate our box trucks (required).
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check in compliance with local moving regulations (required).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to heavy-lift, carry, and maneuver 75+ lbs up and down stairs continuously for hours at a time (required).
- Reliable Transit & Punctuality: Must have your own reliable personal vehicle to guarantee arrival at our Concord dispatch yard by 7:00 AM sharp every morning (required).
- Customer Service & Communication: Must speak fluent English and possess strong face-to-face customer service skills to manage client paperwork and disputes on-site (required).
