At Zenith Indiana, we are looking to hire an Entry Level Sales Manager who has a positive attitude, consistency, and is ready to build something long-term. We are currently looking for an Entry Level Sales Manager to join our growing team in a hands-on role. Customer-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to get into sales and leadership but doesn’t want to sit behind a desk or get stuck in a routine. You’ll be working directly with customers, learning how real sales conversations happen, and developing the skills needed to eventually step into leadership responsibilities.
As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will be trained step-by-step on how to communicate with customers. Understand their needs and support the sales process from start to finish. You will also learn how team performance is built through daily execution, consistency, and coaching.
What You’ll Be Doing as an Entry Level Sales Manager
- Talking with customers in person and understanding what they are looking for
- As an Entry Level Sales Manager, learning how to guide customers through service options in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Supporting sales efforts by assisting with customer questions and follow-ups
- Helping maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process Entry Level Sales Manager
- Tracking interactions and staying organized with daily activity
- Working closely with teammates and leadership to understand how sales goals are achieved
- Participating in ongoing training and development sessions as an Entry Level Sales Manager
