Job Summary

You’ll coordinate food delivery from the kitchen to tables, assist with seating arrangements, and support the overall flow of service. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
- Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining area to uphold hygiene standards.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing dishes and assisting with basic kitchen duties.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and billing when required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations during busy hours and special events like banquets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and food safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment with excellent guest service skills. Pay: $23.41 - $28.19 per hour
