Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Pediatric Home Care
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide part-time private duty nursing care for a child living with Cerebral Palsy in the home setting.
This rewarding role focuses on providing one-on-one, family-centered care that helps a child remain safe, healthy, engaged, and active while enjoying the comfort of home and community. You'll build meaningful relationships with both the child and family while making a lasting difference in their daily life.
Location: New Richmond
Pay: RN Starting at $40.00 per hour, LPN starting at $35.00 per hour
Position: Part-Time Home Care RN and LPN
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available: days, evenings and weekend options available

About the Role
This position goes beyond routine clinical care. We are looking for a nurse who enjoys working closely with children and is comfortable blending skilled nursing with play, learning, and community participation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Assisting with ADL's
- Managing and supporting G-tube and related care
- Supporting therapy carryover
- Assisting with daily routines and age-appropriate activities
- Accompanying and supporting attendance at medical appointments
- Participating in community outings such as parks, libraries, and other local activities
- Providing one-on-one support during social events, including birthday parties and group activities
What We’re Looking For
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Pediatric experience preferred (not required, but a strong plus)
- G-tube experience
- A patient, playful, and engaging approach to working with children
- Comfort supporting mobility and communication needs
- Ability to collaborate with family members and physicians and therapy providers
- Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing routines and environments
