Established local general contractor is looking for an experienced, motivated salesperson to run pre-set in-home appointments and close deals on kitchen, bathroom, siding, decking, and general construction projects.
What You'll Do:
- Run scheduled in-home sales appointments (leads provided)
- Present project options, materials, and pricing to homeowners
- Build trust and close sales for a well-established, reputable local contractor
- Follow up with prospects to move deals across the finish line
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in in-home, direct, or door-to-door sales (home improvement experience a big plus)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on commission
- Reliable transportation and a professional presence
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence
