Position Summary:
We’re currently hiring experienced Line Cooks, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked grill and/or sauté stations in a high-volume kitchen. You’ll play a key role in maintaining consistency, quality, and speed during busy service. This is a great opportunity for cooks who are ready to take their skills to the next level in a dynamic, professional kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Execute dishes on the grill and sauté stations with precision and consistency
- Prepare ingredients and station setup before each shift (mise en place)
- Follow house recipes and plating guidelines for every dish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure food safety standards are followed
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow cooks, expo, and front-of-house staff
- Assist with prep, inventory, and other kitchen tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience on grill and/or sauté stations is strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a full-service, high-volume kitchen
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and presentation
- Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen equipment
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
