Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within a call center environment.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products when appropriate.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and office software applications is essential.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
