What You Will Do As A Sales Operations Manager
As Sales Operations Manager, you will help drive business performance by improving sales processes, reporting, and tools across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into insight, strengthen execution, and support smart business decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Improve and scale sales processes, tools, and workflows across the region.

Analyze sales data and provide insights that support planning, forecasting, and performance improvement.

Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain to align business priorities and execution.

Lead reporting and business reviews that help leaders make informed decisions.

Support CRM and sales systems to improve adoption, data quality, and team effectiveness.

Create training and onboarding resources that help teams succeed.
Qualifications
Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5–7 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.

Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and sales analysis.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

Experience improving processes and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Experience & Expertise

Experience in a manufacturing or channel-based business.

Familiarity with pricing programs and partner models.

Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Compensation Information
California:
Total Compensation Target: $97,000 - $145,000
Base Salary: $87,300 - $130,500
Target Bonus Potential: $9,700 – $14,500
Other U.S. Locations:
Total Compensation Target: $88,000 - $130,000
Base Salary: $80,000 – $117,000
Target Bonus Potential: $8,000 – $13,000
