About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and run the full operation. You will be responsible for everything from guest experience and staff performance to financial results and daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, knows how to build a team, and takes ownership of results.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Operations
- Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant at all times
- Open and close the restaurant and manage shift operations end-to-end
People & Culture
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team
- Lead pre-shift meetings and keep staff motivated and accountable
- Handle performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions
- Build a positive work culture where people want to show up and grow
Financial Performance
- Own the P&L... hit sales targets and manage food, labor, and operating costs
- Review weekly financial reports and adjust operations accordingly
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and reduce waste
Guest Experience
- Set the standard for hospitality and lead by example on the floor
- Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally
- Monitor online reviews and respond to feedback
- Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a GM or AGM
- Proven track record managing a full P&L and hitting financial targets
- Strong leadership skills — you know how to build a team and hold people accountable
- Solid understanding of food cost, labor cost, and inventory management
- ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
- Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and guest-first in everything you do
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
