We are seeking a compassionate and creative Activities Coordinator to help our Memory Care residents thrive through engaging, personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead vibrant individual and group activities that spark joy, stimulate the mind, and foster meaningful connections
- Conduct activity assessments for new residents to create personalized engagement plans
- Collaborate closely with CNAs, nursing staff, and fellow activity team members
- Support and assist during meal times to create a warm, social atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, compassionate, dependable, and patient individual
- Previous experience working with seniors, especially those living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s
- A genuine desire to make every day brighter for our residents
