We offer a guaranteed $50,000 base, a 4-day workweek, a within the next 10 days a fully climate-controlled shop (A/C & Heat), and a transparent weekly bonus plan that scales directly as you build the shop's output.

Your weekly bonus resets every Monday morning and pays out directly on shop billed hours and gross profit margin:
- Base Salary: $50,000/yr ($961.54/wk guaranteed)
- 45 – 54 Billed Hours: $60,400/yr equivalent ($1,161.54/wk)
- 55 – 64 Billed Hours: $65,600/yr equivalent ($1,261.54/wk)
- 65 – 74 Billed Hours: $72,100/yr equivalent ($1,386.54/wk)
- 75 – 84 Billed Hours: $78,600/yr equivalent ($1,511.54/wk)
- 85 – 94 Billed Hours: $86,400/yr equivalent ($1,661.54/wk)
- 95 – 104 Billed Hours: $94,200/yr equivalent ($1,811.54/wk)
- 105+ Billed Hours: $104,600/yr equivalent ($2,011.54/wk)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Direct Shop Workflow: Function as Shop Controller across our 4 lifts and 2 flat bays. Assign work based on tech skill sets, stage heavy assemblies before cars hit the lifts, and eliminate downtime.
- Technical Service Writing: Build authoritative, detailed estimates for heavy-line jobs (engine/transmission swaps, teardowns, drivability) using Tekmetric markup matrices.
- Drive Close Rates: Present digital inspections (DVIs) with photos and videos directly to customers via text/email, maintaining a target 65%+ close ratio.
- Source Parts Rapidly: Utilize integrated vendor feeds to keep parts flowing so technicians never stand around waiting on authorizations or components.
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep Technical Expertise: You speak fluent "mechanic." You understand heavy-line work, complex diagnostics, and labor guide estimation (former technicians, lead technical writers, or dealership service advisors preferred).
- Workflow & Dispatch Leadership: Proven ability to manage bay flow and keep flat-rate technicians hyper-productive.
- Tekmetric / Digital SMS Proficiency: Experience with modern shop management software, digital vehicle inspections, and text-based customer communication.
- Customer Focus: Strong, honest communicator who builds instant trust and explains mechanical needs clearly.
