Residential Cleaning Technician – Paid Training | Fun Team Environment
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team! This position is perfect for someone looking for a low-stress, positive work environment where you can work independently, stay active, and take pride in making homes feel fresh and clean.

Hours: 10-20 hours per week
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Weekend availability available
Must be available to start at 8:30am. Half days are not available.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and general home upkeep
- Maintain high-quality cleaning standards and pay attention to the little details
- Occasional additional cleaning opportunities
- Work independently while also being part of a supportive team
Qualifications:
- No cleaning experience required — we provide full paid training and support!
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and stand for extended periods of time
- Reliable vehicle required for traveling to client homes and drivers license
- Must pass a background check
