I opened my agency in 2010 after previously working for another State Farm agent. I'm married with three children, a proud dog owner, and family is at the center of everything I do. Building lasting relationships with customers and creating a positive workplace for my team are two of my biggest priorities.
Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency. I'm active in Rotary, involved with Scouting America, support the Girl Scouts, and enjoy participating in local initiatives that make a positive impact.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
