American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a rotating night shift assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience operating MRI scanners.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging department with rotating shifts

Overnight shift scheduled from 18:30 to 07:00

13-week assignment
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist

Current BLS certification through AHA
-
Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment

License required if applicable

Operate MRI scanner to obtain diagnostic images and select accurate anatomic and technical parameters

Prepare and position patients and provide patient pre-screening, scheduling, and education related to exams

Enter and monitor patient data and transfer images to PACS ensuring high image quality and correct markers

Follow radiation safety procedures and report equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel

Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly department including procedure rooms, storage areas, and dressing rooms

Accepts local candidates at a reduced rate due to facility radius rule
