As an IT Support Specialist you are responsible for supporting company technology systems, troubleshooting hardware and
software issues, and assisting employees with day-to-day technical support. This role works closely with leadership,
store teams, and vendors to ensure technology systems remain operational and efficient.
What You'll Do as a IT Support Specialist:

Provide technical support for store and corporate team members

Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network issues

Assist with setup and maintenance of computers, printers, POS systems, and mobile devices

Support company email systems, passwords, and user access management
-
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers
-
Assist with system updates, software installations, and equipment maintenance
-
Monitor and help maintain company security and data protection practices
-
Support onboarding and setup for new employees and locations
-
Document technical issues and resolutions
-
Travel to store locations as needed for support and installations
What We're Looking For:

Previous IT support or technical experience preferred

Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and POS systems is a plus

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
-
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift equipment as needed

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
