Job Summary
The HR fellow position is designed to attract and develop new graduates interested in a career in Human Resources by providing an introduction to the daily human resources activities, mentorship opportunities, and assignment of special projects designed to give practical experience in the subject matter domain and to assist with their development into future HR leaders.
In this one-year program, the HR Fellow will have the opportunity to rotate within all areas of the Human Resources Department: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Employee Relations, and Benefits. Fellows will become familiar with the roles and functions of key positions and leadership within each major department and related operations. This will provide ample opportunity for the application of academic concepts and skills in real-world environments. Fellows will also be trained on and utilize software that drives HR operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Operations, Labor Relations, Psychology or related field
Communication Skills: Writing/ Correspondence
Proficiencies: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, PC
