We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented GM/HABA Lead to oversee our General merchandise and health and beauty department.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Ensures department operations are within the labor percent allowed.
- Monitors and controls all costs and expenses; includes maintaining proper ordering and inventory control, ensuring proper weighing procedures, controlling shrink, and monitoring ad displays.
- Ensures weekly flyer ads are in stock and ready for sale during business hours and that products for upcoming ads are ordered, in stock, and available for processing.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
