Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and possess a comprehensive understanding of dental practices. This role involves performing various dental procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to provide exceptional service and promote oral health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
- Perform dental extractions, fillings, root canals, and other restorative procedures.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
- Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Eaglesoft.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Pay: $220,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year
