What You’ll Do

Lead shift execution and support the GM in daily operations
-
Coach, train, and develop Shift Managers & Crew
-
Drive Wendy’s standards for food safety, speed, accuracy, and hospitality
-
Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
-
Manage labor, food cost, inventory levels, and waste controls
-
Oversee opening & closing procedures and daily read-outs
-
Maintain a clean, compliant restaurant at all times
-
Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews
-
Plan ahead for peak hours and keep the team ready
-
Help drive sales, build guest loyalty, and improve key metrics
-
3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in QSR (preferably Wendy’s or another fast-food restaurant)

Strong communicator with a positive leadership style

Reliable, punctual, coachable, and ready to grow

Able to solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure

Comfortable leading a team during rushes and peak business
